摘要
介绍了氨法脱硫原理、工艺流程及应用情况。中国石化石家庄炼化分公司采用氨法脱硫工艺对裂化催化剂再生烟气进行脱硫、除尘处理。处理后,排放气体ρ(SO2)为50 mg/m^3,粉尘颗粒物质量浓度为30 mg/m^3,无外排废水,副产品硫酸铵可做农用化肥。针对氨法脱硫工艺存在的问题,给出了合理化建议。
The principle,process and application of ammonia desulfurization are introduced.Shijiazhuang refining and chemical company adopts ammonia desulfurization process to remove sulphur and dust from regenerated flue gas of cracking catalyst.After treatment,the emission gasρ(SO2)is 50 mg/m3,the mass concentration of dust particles is 30 mg/m3,there is no wastewater discharged,and the byproduct ammonium sulfate can be used as agricultural fertilizer.In view of the problems existing in ammonia desulfurization process,reasonable suggestions are given.
