摘要
分别从悬浮液滴和床层纤维2个方面分析了纤维除雾器的除雾机理,计算了纤维除雾器的除雾效率和床层压降,考察了悬浮液滴的主要组成、产生过程及粒径范围对纤维除雾器选型过程的影响,针对纤维除雾器的不同应用场景,为纤维除雾器的选型提供了理论依据和工艺应用指导建议。
The mist eliminating mechanism of fiber mist demister is analyzed from two aspects of levitation droplet and bed fiber.The mist eliminating efficiency and bed pressure drop of the fiber demister are calculated.The effects of the main composition,formation process and particle size range of levitation droplet on the selection of fiber demister are investigated.According to the different application scenarios of fiber mist eliminator,the theoretical basis and process application guidance suggestions are provided for the selection of fiber mist eliminator.
