摘要
介绍了国内硫磺回收技术的发展现状,重点介绍了硫磺回收工艺、Claus尾气处理工艺、湿式氧化法脱硫工艺等技术优缺点及应用情况。对于大型天然气装置、炼油厂、煤制油等硫产量大于100 t/d的硫磺回收装置,宜采用低温甲醇洗、胺法+Claus+SCOT的组合工艺。硫产量小于15 t/d的煤制气、焦炉气及酸性尾气处理装置宜采用湿式氧化法脱硫技术。
The development status of sulphur recovery technology in China is introduced,focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of sulphur recovery process,Claus tail gas treatment process,wet oxidation desulfurization process and so on.For large-scale natural gas units,refineries,coal to liquids and other sulphur recovery units with sulphur output greater than 100 t/d,the combined process of low-temperature methanol washing,amine process+Claus+SCOT should be adopted.Wet oxidation desulfurization technology should be adopted for coal to gas,coke oven gas and acid tail gas treatment units with sulphur production less than 15 t/d。
