人力资源开发视角下的医院人事档案管理研究

Research on the Hospital Personnel Archives Management from the Perspective of Human Resources Development

人力资源开发与人事档案管理均是医院中的重要工作,且两者之间关系密切。但受多种因素的影响,目前医院人事档案管理工作并不理想,尤其缺乏对人力资源开发的支持。论文首先阐明了人力资源开发与医院人事档案管理之间的关系,其次分析了医院人事档案管理的现状和问题,最后结合实际提出了人力资源开发视角下的医院人事档案管理策略,希望有助于促进医院人事档案管理工作的进步与发展。

Human resources development and personnel archives management are both important work in hospital,and they are closely related to each other.But affected by many factors,the current hospital personnel archives management work is not ideal,especially its lack of support for human resources development.This paper firstly expounds the relationship between human resources development and hospital personnel archives management,then analyzes the current situation and problems of hospital personnel archives management,and finally puts forward the strategies of hospital personnel archives management from the perspective of human resources development,hoping to help promote the progress and development of hospital personnel archives management work.
