在推进可持续发展总体战略中,坚持以绿色发展理念引导审计工作服务城乡基层治理,即全面发挥责任审计监督职责,进一步释放审计在推进国家治理体系完善和治理能力现代化中的重要保障效能,对城乡经济发展与基础社会治理进行持续性“常态体检”,为促进我国加快转变经济发展方式、优化城乡基层治理模式、实现城乡绿色可持续发展作出应有贡献。

In promoting the overall strategy of sustainable development,adhering to the concept of green development to guide the audit work to provide service for urban and rural grassroots governance,which is to fully play the supervision responsibility of responsible audit,to further release the important guarantee effectiveness of audit in promoting the improvement of the national governance system and modernization of governance capabilities.It carries out continuous"normal physical examination"for urban and rural economic development and basic social governance,and makes due contributions to the promotion of China's accelerated transformation of economic development pattern,optimization of urban and rural grassroots governance mode,and the realization of green and sustainable development of urban and rural areas.
