摘要
在全面实施预算绩效管理的大背景下,预算管理和绩效评价已经成为行政事业单位不可或缺的工作内容,绩效工作的范围越来越大,质量要求越来越高,预算绩效管理具有复杂性。论文对现阶段事业单位绩效评价工作的必要性、现状及存在的问题进行分析,并提出改善对策,希望以此提升单位绩效评价工作的成效,实现单位的良性发展。
Under the background of the comprehensive implementation of budget performance management,budget management and performance evaluation have become an indispensable work content of administrative institutions.The scope of performance work is becoming larger and larger,and the quality requirements are getting higher and higher.Budget performance management is complicated.This paper analyzes the necessity,current situation and existing problems of the performance evaluation of public institutions at the present stage,and puts forward countermeasures to improve it,hoping to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation of institutions and realize the benign development of institutions.
