This paper mainly analyzes some of the current problems existing in the ideological and political work of women workers in enterprises,and puts forward some effective ways to strengthen the ideological and political work of women workers in enterprises.Effective ideological and political work for women workers in enterprises plays an important role in improving the image of enterprises and strengthening the management of enterprises.By exploring the ways of ideological and political work of women workers,this paper provides some reasonable suggestions for enterprises.
