摘要
散打主要是以踢、打、摔等技法组成,对运动员自身身体综合素质要求极高。良好的灵敏素质可以给运动员的实战带来极大的优势。软梯训练法作为近年来发展起来的现代体能训练方法,将其与散打的传统训练相结合,可以丰富散打运动员灵敏素质训练理论,拓展软梯训练的训练方式与训练思路,以及让散打运动员在训练时积极性更高,提升其训练表现。
