城市慢行系统使用者满意度评价——以贵阳市南明河慢行系统为例 被引量:5

摘要 慢行系统是城市公共空间中具有特殊复合功能的线形空间类型。从使用者体验的角度对城市慢行系统进行评价研究可补充城市慢行系统的相关理论,并为项目实践提供理论依据。以贵阳市南明河慢行系统为研究对象,对使用者进行调研以获取数据,使用层次分析法构建使用者满意度评价模型,运用模糊综合评价法进行测评。结果表明,使用者对贵阳市南明河慢行系统的满意度达到基本满意水平;3个项目层的满意度为环境交通>配套设施>游憩体验;在指标层中,采用重要性-满意度分析法将18项评价指标划分为重点改进指标、重点保持指标、维持改进指标、后续改进指标,并提出有针对性的改进策略与建议。 Slow moving system is a kind of linear space type with special composite function in urban public space.From the perspective of user experience,the evaluation of slow moving system can supplement the theoretical research of slow moving system and provide basis for project practice.Taking Nanming river slow moving system of Guiyang city as the research object,this study investigated and obtained data from users,built a user satisfaction evaluation model with AHP,and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate.The results showed that the satisfaction of users to the slow moving system of Nanming river in Guiyang city reached the basic satisfaction level;The satisfaction of three project levels was that the environmental traffic was higher than the supporting facilities and higher than the recreational experience;In the index layer,18 evaluation indicators were divided into key improvement indicators,key maintenance indicators,maintenance improvement indicators and follow-up improvement indicators by using importance satisfaction analysis method,and put forward targeted improvement strategies and suggestions.
