摘要
文章用数值模拟的方法对低压进汽室进行优化分析,比较了进汽室有无导流环,导流环优化,以及进汽室结构的改进对进汽室性能的影响。结果显示进汽室增加导流环,气流在进入主流通道时由于导流作用,减弱了气流与垂直壁面的碰撞,减小了动能损失;进汽室结构改进,进汽腔室气流分布更加均匀,总压损失大大降低。
In this paper, the numerical simulation method is used to optimize and analysis the low pressure steam admission, the effect of LP steam admission with and without flow guide, the optimization of flow guide and the improvement of the structmre of the steam admission on the performance of the steam admission are compared. The result shows that LP steam admission with flow guide reduces the collision of flow to the vertical wall, so as to reduce the kinetic energy loss;Due to the LP steam admission structure improvement, flow distribution in the chamber is more uniform, and the total pressure loss is reduced greatly.
