摘要 文章对风电机组用新型连接技术环槽铆钉连接技术进行了介绍,并就环槽铆钉的牙型结构、受力模拟分析、冲击功特性、轴向载荷下疲劳试验等与高强螺栓进行了单钉实验对比,实验结果表明在单钉情况下环槽铆钉的疲劳性能明显优于高强螺栓;通过多钉的疲劳性能节点实验,验证了在多钉连接的节点中,环槽铆钉连接的节点的疲劳性能不低于高强螺栓连接,说明了环槽铆钉在风力发电机组节点连接中的适用性,为环槽铆钉连接技术在风电领域的推广使用提供了理论依据。 In this paper, the wind turbines with a new connection technology(ring groove rivet connection) are introduced, and the ring groove rivet tooth type structure, mechanical simulation analysis, the impact energy and fatigue test under axial load with high strength bolts were compared by single nail experiment, the experimental results show that under the condition of single ring groove rivet is obviously better than the fatigue performance of high strength bolts, through many experiments, the fatigue performance of node is verified in many nail connection node, ring groove rivet connection nodes of the fatigue performance of not less than high strength bolt connection, illustrates the ring groove rivet on the applicability of the wind turbine node connection, as the ring groove rivet connection technology used widely in the field of wind power provides a theoretical basis.
