提高腹部三、四级手术后患者早期下床活动落实率的效果研究

Application of quality control circle in promoting early ambulation in patients with the third-and fourth-class abdominal surgery

目的:探讨品管圈在促进腹部三、四级手术后患者早期下床活动落实的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈,按照品管圈活动步骤,运用质量管理工具对腹部三、四级手术后患者未能在术后24 h内下床活动的原因进行分析与改进,并对改进前后状况进行比较。结果:腹部三、四级手术后患者术后24 h内下床活动的落实率由品管圈活动前的15.2%提高至活动后的54.5%(目标设定52.3%),本次品管圈活动目标达成率达100%。结论:开展品管圈活动对腹部三、四级手术后患者早期下床活动的落实情况进行改进,促进了术后早期下床活动的落实,增强了护理人员质量管理的能力。

Objective:To investigate the effect of quality control circle in promoting early ambulation of patients after abdominal operation.Methods:Setting up a quality management circle,using quality management tools to analyze reasons for failing to ambulation within 24 h after the third and fourth class abdominal operation according to the quality management circle activity steps.Methods for improvement such as making and applying early postoperative activity checklist,moving infusion stand,postoperative analgesia et al were used,the patient status before and after improvement were compared.Results:The 24 h ambulation rate of patients after the third and fourth class of abdominal surgery increased from 15.2%to 54.5%after quality management circle activity,while the target setting was 52.3%.Target achievement rate of this quality control circle activity reached to 100%.Conclusion:The quality control circle activities have improved the early ambulation after the third and fourth class of abdominal surgery and enhanced the quality management ability of nursing staff.
