BOPPPS教学模式在MPH研究生实践技能教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 广西医科大学加强对公共卫生硕士(MPH)的培养,旨在提高学生的公共卫生现场处置能力和岗位胜任力,以满足社会对公共卫生高层次人才的需求。通过科学规划公共卫生技能课程、BOPPPS教学模式应用、建立网络课程、线上线下相混合的形式开展教学。调查结果显示,用人单位对该校MPH毕业生的评价较好,毕业生的就业前景良好、且能从事专业相关工作,学生的公共卫生执业医师考试通过率100%。该校构建的BOPPPS教学模式的混合式教学取得良好的教学效果,达到培养高素质复合型公共卫生人才的目的。 Practical skills teaching has been the focus in the master of public health program to increase the postgraduates,abilities to deal with tasks in public health field and meet the public demand.Course planning,BOPPPS teaching model,online courses and blending teaching were applied during the teaching process.The results showed employers were satisfied with MPH graduates,who have found it easy to find good jobs in the corresponding technical positions.They have maintained a high pass rate of 100% for Medical Practitioner Qualification Examination of Public Health,indicating that the BOPPPS-based blending teaching model is effective and can achieve the purpose of cultivating high-quality talents in public health.
