军医对岗位胜任力认知的量化分析

A quantitative analysis of military doctors’cognition for post competency

摘要 记录82名受访者认为工作获得成功的具体事件,通过扎根理论归纳其对应的能力素质,对应填写《军医岗位胜任力核检表》。结果显示以岗位胜任力为一级指标,军医对9项二级指标提及的频次比较有统计学差异(F=32.228,P<0.001)。SNK检验显示,内在素质最高(1.00),其次是临床医疗服务能力(0.63);内在素质下辖的6项三级指标提及频次有统计学差异(F=15.263,P<0.001),其中有事业心、坚持医疗与国防事业的提及频次(0.80)最高;临床医疗服务能力下辖的7项三级指标提及频次有差异(F=41.630,P<0.001),其中采用合理的治疗计划的提及频次(0.37)最高。对军医岗位胜任力的认知进行量化分析,能够快速锁定最重要的素质,其结果和定性分析结果基本相似。通过对军医各级岗位胜任力认知情况的定量分析,为高校制定完善人才培养方略提供依据。 The specific successful events in the workplace mentioned by 82 respondents were recorded, the corresponding abilities and qualities were summarized, and the "Military Doctors’ Post Competency Verification Form" were filled in correspondingly based on the grounded theory. "Post competency" emerged as a first-level indicator. There was statistically significant differences in the frequencies of 9 second-level indicators mentioned by the military doctors(F=32.228,P<0.001), and further SNK test showed that the most-mentioned one was "internal quality"(1.00), followed by "clinical medical service ability"(0.63). Statistical differences were showed in the frequencies among the six three-level indicators under "internal quality"(F=15.263,P<0.001), among which the frequency of "enterprising, persisting in medical and national defense" was the highest(0.80). Statistical differences were also showed in the frequencies among the seven three-level indicators under "clinical medical service ability"(F=41.630,P<0.001), among which the frequency of "using a reasonable treatment plan" was the highest(0.37). A quantitative analysis of military doctors’ cognition for post competency can be conducted quickly to identify the most important qualities, which is basically similar to the results of qualitative analysis. With the quantitative analysis of the cognition of military doctors for post competency, evidence can be provided for the strategy of talent training in colleges.
