微信公众平台在中高职衔接课程中的应用——以外科护理学为例

摘要 目的以外科护理学为例,探究微信公众平台在中高职衔接护理专业高职部分学生中的应用效果。方法将2018级秋季班学生作为对照组,2019级春季班学生作为观察组,建立“一起学中高外护”微信公众平台,按教学计划给2019级春季班学生推送相关知识链接并及时回复学生提问,比较两个年级学生外科护理学期末理论考试成绩。结果2019级春季班学生外科护理学期末考试成绩高于2018级秋季班学生成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信公众平台推送中高职衔接相关学习内容,可以作为混合式教学的有效补充,提高学生理论成绩,在微信公众平台的使用交互性方面还需增强,才能进一步提高学生岗位胜任力。 Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat public platform in the higher vocational part of bridging nursing majors by taking surgical nursing as an example.Methods The students from fall semester 2018 were enroll into control group.And the students of spring semester 2019 were enrolled into observation group where the WeChat public platform built.The knowledge links were pushed timely and the questions from students were answered on the platform according to the teaching plan.Theory examination results of the students in two groups were compared at the end of the semester.Results The score of final exam in spring class of 2019 was higher than that in autumn class of 2018,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The promotion of related learning content in higher vocational colleges through WeChat public platform can be an effective supplement to blended teaching which improves students'theoretical performance.The use of WeChat public platform should be enhanced in order to further improve students'post competence.
