膝关节滑膜炎的中医诊疗进展

Progress on TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Synovitis

膝关节滑膜炎属于筋伤疾病,是骨伤科的常见病。本病中医及西医诊断明确,但中医辨证尚未规范。中医药治疗本病优势明显,主要包括中药内服、中药外敷、针灸及中医综合治疗等。中医药的内服外敷治疗不良反应较少,针灸疗法安全无创且疗效显著,各类治疗方法综合治疗体现了中医的整体观念。本文从中医对膝关节滑膜炎的认识、膝关节滑膜炎的病因、诊断、中医辨证及中医治疗等方面进行探讨,提出本病的总体中医治疗思路,总结问题并展望治疗前景,以期提升膝关节滑膜炎的治愈率。

Knee synovitis is a kind of injury of tendons,and is common in orthopaedics.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine diagnosis of knee synovitis is clear,however,the TCM syndrome differentiation of this disease has not been standardized.TCM has obvious advantages in the treatment of this disease,including oral administration of TCM,external application of TCM,acupuncture and comprehensive treatment.TCM oral and external application has few side effects,and acupuncture therapy is safe and non-invasive with significant curative effect.Comprehensive treatment of various treatment methods reflects the overall concept of TCM.This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of knee synovitis from the aspects of the TCM understanding of knee synovitis,the etiology and diagnosis,TCM syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment of knee synovitis,and puts forward the overall TCM treatment ideas of the disease,summarizes the problems and looks forward to the treatment prospect,so as to improve the cure rate of knee synovitis.
