中医外治法治疗带状疱疹治法综述

Literature Review of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatments for Herpes Zoster

带状疱疹是临床常见病、多发病,属于中医学“蛇串疮”范畴,其临床表现为疱疹和疼痛,严重影响患者生活质量,并引起巨大的生理、心理问题。中医外治法治疗带状疱疹方法多样,作为绿色健康的治疗方式,具有简、便、验等优势,可以明显改善带状疱疹患者的症状,疗效肯定。治疗带状疱疹的中医外治方法主要有针刺、灸法、中药外敷、中药熏洗、穴位注射等。本文分析近年来中医外治法治疗带状疱疹的文献,综述了中医外治法治疗带状疱疹的不同方案及临床疗效,为今后带状疱疹患者治疗方案的选择提供依据。

Herpes zoster is a common and frequently encountered disease in the clinic,which belongs to the category of"Snake-Like Blisters"in traditional Chinese medicine.Its clinical manifestations are herpes and pain,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients,and causes huge physiological and psychological problems.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for herpes zoster has various methods.As a green and healthy treatment,it has the advantages of simplicity,convenience and experience,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with herpes zoster,and the curative effect is positive.The therapeutic methods of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment for herpes zoster include acupuncture therapy,moxibustion therapy,external application of Chinese medicine,herbal fumigation,acupoint injection,etc.This article analyzes the literatures in recent years about traditional Chinese medicine external therapies for herpes zoster,reviews the different therapeutic schemes and clinical effects of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster,so as to provide basis for the selection of treatment schemes for patients with herpes zoster in the future.
