前列舒通胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效及对前列腺液中IFN-γ和IL-10的影响

Efficacy of Qianlie Shutong Capsule in treating typeⅢprostatitis with damp-heat and blood stasis and its influence on IFN-γand IL-10 in prostate fluid

目的探讨前列舒通胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效及对前列腺液中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白介素-10(IL-10)的影响。方法将2018年1月~2020年1月于我院就诊的湿热瘀阻型Ⅲ型前列腺炎82例患者纳入研究,随机数字表法分成两组,每组各41例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以前列舒通胶囊,比较两组临床疗效、排尿异常症状评分、疼痛评分、前列腺液中IFN-γ和IL-10。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组排尿异常症状评分和疼痛评分均降低,观察组上述评分更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组IFN-γ、IL-10水平降低,观察组IFN-γ、IL-10水平更低(P<0.05)。结论前列舒通胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效良好,可对前列腺液中IFN-γ和IL-10产生更积极的影响,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Qianlie Shutong Capsule on typeⅢprostatitis with damp-heat stagnation and its influence on interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in prostatic fluid.Methods A total of 82 patients with typeⅢprostatitis of damp-heat stagnation from January 2018 to January 2020 were included in the study,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given Qianlie Shutong Capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,abnormal urination symptom score,pain score,IFN-γand IL-10 in prostatic fluid were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abnormal urination symptoms and pain in both groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were even lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IFN-γand IL-10 in the two groups decreased,while those in the observation group were even lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Qianlie Shutong Capsule is effective in treating typeⅢprostatitis with damp-heat and blood stasis,which exerts a more positive effect on IFN-γand IL-10 in prostatic fluid,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
