磁共振T1WI、T2WI信号强度与腰椎椎体骨密度的相关性

摘要 目的探讨腰椎磁共振成像(MRI)T1WI、T2WI信号强度与腰椎椎体骨密度的相关性。方法收集2018~2019年进行L1~L4椎体双能X线吸收法骨密度测定的腰椎MRI(1.5 T)成像患者198例,其中男50例、女148例。分析其双能X线吸收法骨密度测定值、腰椎矢状面MRI T1WI、T2WI、STIR成像、在PACS系统上测量的T1WI、T2WI信号强度值。对患者的椎体MRI信号强度值与椎体双能X线吸收法骨密度测定值进行比较。结果患者L1~L4腰椎体的骨密度测定值与MRI的T1WI信号强度值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),与MRI的T2WI信号强度值无明确相关性。结论患者L1~L4腰椎体的骨密度测定值与MRI的T1WI信号强度值有低度相关性,与MRI的T2WI信号强度值无明显相关性。MRI成像通过多序列信号强度变化反映骨的脂肪和水含量,T1WI信号强度值越高,则T1WI序列上信号越高,对间接判断骨矿物质和骨基质含量具有非常重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the correlation between lumbar magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)T1WI and T2WI signal intensity and lumbar vertebral bone density.Methods A total of 198 patients who had undergone bone mineral density determination by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry of L1-L4 vertebrae and lumbar spine MRI(1.5 T)imaging during 2018-2019 were collected,including 50 males and 148 females.The bone mineral density value of dual-energy X-ray absorption method and lumbar sagittal plane MRI T1WI,T2WI,STIR imaging were analyzed.The T1WI and T2WI signal intensity value on the PACS system was measured.The MRI signal intensity value of the vertebral body was compared with the bone mineral density value of the vertebral body dual-energy X-ray absorption method.Results The bone mineral density of the L1-L4 lumbar vertebrae of the subjects were compared and analyzed with the T1WI signal intensity value of MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no correlation difference between the bone mineral density of the L1-L4 lumbar vertebrae of the subjects and the T2WI signal intensity of MRI.Conclusion The bone mineral density of the L1-L4 lumbar vertebrae of subjects has a low correlation with the T1WI signal intensity value of MRI,but there is no apparent correlation with the T2WI signal intensity value of MRI.MRI imaging reflects the fat and water content of bone through changes in signal intensity of multiple sequences.The higher the signal intensity of T1WI,the higher the signal on the T1WI sequence,which is of great significance for indirect judgment of bone mineral and bone matrix content.
