葛根汤加味联合穴位埋线治疗肩袖损伤30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of rotator cuff injury treated with Gegen Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding

目的探讨葛根汤加味联合穴位埋线治疗肩袖损伤患者的临床治疗效果。方法60例肩袖损伤患者全部来自绍兴市中心医院中医科2016年1月~2019年12月门诊及住院患者,按照随机数字表分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。两组均采用穴位埋线治疗。治疗组在穴位埋线的基础上给予葛根汤,水煎服,每日1剂。对照组单纯用穴位埋线治疗。治疗前后分别评估两组肩关节疼痛VAS评分及UCLA评分。结果治疗后治疗组的总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者肩关节疼痛VAS评分及UCLA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后肩关节疼痛VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),UCLA评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。对照组肩关节疼痛VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),UCLA评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组肩关节疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),UCLA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛根汤加味联合穴位埋线治疗肩袖损伤患者明显优于单独穴位埋线治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Gegen Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding on patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods Sixty patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to the Outpatient and inpatients Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shaoxing Central Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with acupoint catgut embedding.On the basis of acupoint catgut embedding,the treatment group was given Gegen Decoction,which was decocted in water for oral dose,one dose per day.The control group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding only.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and UCLA shoulder pain were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score and UCLA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of shoulder pain in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the UCLA score was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01).In the control group,the VAS score of shoulder pain decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the UCLA score increased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of shoulder pain in treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and UCLA score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding is superior to acupoint catgut embedding alone in treating rotator cuff injury,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
