中西医结合治疗阑尾脓肿的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on appendix abscess

目的观察中西医结合治疗阑尾脓肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年6月~2019年11月我院胃肠外科阑尾脓肿63例,将中医科会诊协助中药辅助治疗的患者分为中西医治疗组(28例),单纯西医治疗的为西医治疗组(35例)。西医治疗组予以抗生素治疗,中西医治疗组在此基础上予以内服大黄牡丹汤加减。观察两组临床疗效、体温恢复时间、白细胞计数恢复正常时间和住院时间。结果治疗后中西医治疗组总有效率为96.4%,西医治疗组的总有效率为91.4%,中西医治疗组总有效率显著高于西医治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后中西医治疗组患者在体温恢复时间为(4.110±1.133)d、白细胞计数恢复正常时间为(4.820±0.723)d和住院时间为(9.540±2.236)d显著短于西医治疗组[(5.510±0.919)、(6.140±0.912)和(11.400±2.440)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯西医治疗比较,中西医结合治疗能有效缩短患者住院周期,提高临床疗效,且经济实惠,易于被患者接受,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and western medicine on appendix abscess.Methods A total of 63 cases of appendix abscess in the gastrointestinal surgery department of our hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients who were assisted by Chinese medicine in consultation with traditional Chinese medicine were divided into the Chinese and western medicine treatment group(28 cases)and the western medicine treatment group(with the only western medicine treatment,35 cases).The western medicine treatment group was given antibiotic treatment,and the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was given oral rhubarb peony decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,the number of time for body temperature recovery,the number of time for white blood cell count to return to normal,and the length of hospital stay were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the Chinese and western medicine treatment group was 96.4%,and that of the western medicine treatment group was 91.4%.The effective rate of the Chinese and western medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of time of body temperature recovery(4.110±1.133),the number of time for white blood cell count to return to normal(4.820±0.723),and hospitalization time(9.540±2.236)of patients in the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the western medicine group([5.510±0.919],[6.140±0.912]and[11.400±2.440]),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Western medicine treatment,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can effectively shorten the patient's hospitalization period,improve clinical efficacy.It is economical,easy to be accepted by patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
