流程化护理在无痛胃肠镜检查术中的应用效果

Application effect of process nursing in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy

目的分析在无痛胃肠镜检查过程中应用流程化护理工作所取得的临床效果。方法择取2018年10月~2019年10月来我院进行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者100例,依护理模式不同分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组实施常规医疗护理,研究组实施流程化护理,对比分析两组患者的检查指标、检查依从性、不良反应、身体指标及护理满意度。结果研究组麻醉药物使用剂量丙泊酚(80.14±3.22)mg、纳布啡(0.21±0.03)mg与检查用时(22.65±2.78)min均低于对照组丙泊酚(88.66±3.65)mg、纳布啡(0.29±0.02)mg与检查用时(35.01±3.46);研究组依从率(92.00%)高于对照组(74.00%);研究组的不良反应率(8.00%)低于对照组(26.00%);研究组心率(75.48±4.56)次/min、舒张压(81.14±2.14)mmHg、收缩压(115.74±4.09)mmHg优于对照组心率(94.64±7.61)次/min、舒张压(93.01±3.78)mmHg、收缩压(130.28±3.66)mmHg;研究组总满意率(90.00%)高于对照组(64.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无痛胃肠镜检查过程中,通过流程化护理工作的合理开展,有利于实现患者护理综合质量的提升与优化,对于患者检查工作的顺利开展具有积极的意义与价值,值得在临床过程中进行大力的推广与普及应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying process nursing work in the process of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients who came to our hospital for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected.According to different nursing modes,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine medical care.The study group received process nursing.The examination indicators,check compliance,adverse reactions,physical indicators and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The doses of propofol(80.14±3.22)mg,nalbuphine(0.21±0.03)mg of the anesthetics and the examination time(22.65±2.78)min in the study group were lower than those of the control group[(88.66±3.65)mg,(0.29±0.02)mg and(35.01±3.46)].The compliance rate of the study group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(74.00%).The adverse reaction rate of the study group(8.00%)was lower than that of the control group(26.00%).The heart rate(75.48±4.56)beats/min,diastolic blood pressure(81.14±2.14)mmHg,and systolic blood pressure(115.74±4.09)mmHg in the study group were better than those of the control group[(94.64±7.61)beats/min,(93.01±3.78)mmHg and(130.28±3.66)mmHg].The total satisfaction rate of the study group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(64.00%),showing that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,the rational development of process nursing work is conducive to the improvement and optimization of the comprehensive quality of patient care.It has positive significance and value for the smooth development of patient examinations and is worthy of clinical practice.It is worthy of vigorous promotion and popularization in the clinical process.
