信息-动机-行为技巧模型的延续护理对脑卒中患者照顾者的影响

Impacts of continuous nursing with information-motivation-behavior skills model on caregivers of stroke patients

目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB)对脑卒中患者照顾者的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月在我院接受治疗的84例脑卒中患者照顾者为研究对象,最终研究组35例、对照组34例完成研究。研究组基于IMB模型对患者照顾者进行护理干预,对照组行常规护理。对比干预前后两组照顾者的照顾准备度、积极感受量表评分(PAC)、中文版照顾负担量表评分(ZBI)和焦虑抑郁自评量表评分(SAS、SDS)结果。结果干预前两组照顾者的照顾准备度、积极感受量表评分、照顾负担量表评分、焦虑抑郁状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);予以IMB模型干预后研究组照顾者的照顾准备度为(20.05±3.35)分,PAC评分为(39.20±4.81)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ZBI评分为(35.91±9.11)分,SAS评分为(37.51±11.68)分,SDS评分为(34.40±9.33)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IMB模型的延续性护理可提高脑卒中患者照顾者的照顾准备度及积极感受,减轻照顾负担,缓解照顾负面情绪,提高脑卒中患者的护理质量。

Objective To investigate the impacts of information-motivation-behavioral skills model(IMB)on caregivers of stroke patients.Methods A total of 84 caregivers of stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.In the end,the researches of 35 cases within the study group and 34 cases in the control group were completed.The study group was treated with IMB model and the nursing intervention was given to the patients'caregivers,while the control group was treated with the conventional nursing.The caregiver preparedness scale(CPS),caregiver's positive aspects of caregiver(PAC),Chinese version of zarit caregiver burden interview(ZBI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in CPS,PAC,ZBI,SAS and SDS of stroke caregivers between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention with IMB model,the CPS of caregivers in the study group was(20.05±3.35)points,and the PAC score was(39.20±4.81)points,which were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of ZBI,SAS and SDS were(35.91±9.11)points,(37.51±11.68)points and(34.40±9.33)points,respectively,which were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IMB model of continuous nursing can improve the CPS and PAC of caregivers of stroke patients,reduce the care burden,relieve the negative feelings of care and improve the nursing quality of stroke patients.
