英国介入印太地区的新动向与中国的应对论析

New Trend of British Involvement in the Indo-Pacific and China’s Response

在“脱欧”背景下,英国需要在世界范围内与其他重要的地区和国家建立起紧密联系,从而实现其“全球英国”的战略构想。随着印太地区地缘政治和地缘经济影响力的快速提升,英国通过“转向印太”,加强对印太地区的介入力度,这背后有着深刻的安全、政治、经济和文化动因。为了有力维护和拓展在印太地区的战略利益,英国采取了以下策略:加强与印太地区伙伴的安全纽带,强化在该地区的安全部署;夯实与印太地区国家和国际组织间的政治联系;扩大与印太地区国家间的经贸往来;增进与印太地区国家间的人文交流。英国介入印太地区给中国及地区安全造成一定影响。对此,中国应采取以下应对策略:积极加强与英国之间的战略沟通与对话;防范美国、日本、澳大利亚、印度等国家在印太地区拉拢英国来共同采取针对中国的联合制衡;与地区其他国家一道携手推动“印太秩序”向着公正、合理、稳定的方向发展。

In the context of Brexit,Britain needs to establish close relations with other important regions and countries around the world to realize its strategic vision of“Global Britain”.With the rapid increase of the geopolitical and geo-economic influence of the Indo-Pacific region,Britain has gradually pivoted to the Indo-Pacific,and strengthened its involvement in this region.There are profound security,political,economic,and cultural motivations behind it.In order to effectively maintain and expand its strategic interest in the Indo-Pacific,Britain has strengthened its security ties with its partners and enhanced its security deployment;consolidated political relations with countries and international organizations;expanded economic and trade exchanges;and increased cultural exchanges with countries in the Indo-Pacific region.British involvement in the Indo-Pacific has important remifications for China’s and regional security.In this regard,China should actively strengthen strategic communication and dialogue with Britain;prevent the U.S.,Japan,Australia,and India from rallying Britain to adopt a joint counterbalance against China in the Indo-Pacific region;and work with other countries in this region to achieve a just,rational,and stable regional order.
