参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病患者血清胰高血糖素样肽-1和C-反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules on serum glucagon-like peptide-1 and C-reactive protein in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探究参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法根据不同治疗方法将104例T2DM患者分为胰岛素组(IN组)与胰岛素联合参芪降糖颗粒组(SQ组),每组52例。IN组和SQ组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义。通过分析IN组和SQ组患者的临床疗效、血脂水平、CRP含量、GLP-1水平和血糖水平的差异性来探究参芪降糖颗粒对T2DM患者血清CRP和GLP-1的影响。结果治疗后,SQ组患者为显著治疗效果的有35人,无显著治疗效果的有2人;IN组患者为显著治疗效果的有21人,无显著治疗效果的有7人;SQ组患者的治疗效果略高于IN组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,IN组和SQ组患者血糖指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,IN组和SQ组患者血糖水平显著改善(P<0.05),SQ组患者空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)显著低于IN组(P<0.05);治疗前,IN组和SQ组患者CRP含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,SQ组和IN组患者CRP含量分别为(5.12±0.27),(7.33±0.46)mg·L^-1,均低于治疗前(P<0.05),SQ组患者CRP含量显著低于IN组(P<0.05);治疗前,IN组和SQ组患者血脂及GLP-1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,IN组和SQ组患者血脂及GLP-l水平显著改善(P<0.05),SQ组患者三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和总胆固醇(TC)数值显著低于IN组,GLP-1水平显著高于IN组(P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者采用参芪降糖颗粒治疗后效果较佳,能明显改善患者体内血清中GLP-1、CRP与血糖水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules on serum glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods According to different treatment methods,104 T2DM patients were divided into the insulin group(IN group)and the insulin combined with Shenqi Jiangtang Granule group(SQ group),52 patients in each group.There was no significant difference in general information between the IN group and the SQ group.The effects of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules on serum CRP and GLP-1 in patients with T2DM were investigated by analyzing the differences in clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels,CRP levels,GLP-1 expression levels,and blood glucose levels of patients in the IN and SQ groups.Results After treatment,35 patients in the SQ group had significant treatment effects,and 2 patients had no significant treatment effects;21 patients in the IN group had significant treatment effects,and 7 patients had no significant treatment effects;the treatment effects in the SQ group were slightly higher than those in the IN group,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);before treatment,there was a small difference in blood glucose indicators between the IN group and the SQ group(P>0.05).After treatment,the difference of blood glucose levels of the IN group and the SQ group changed significantly(P<0.05).The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),Glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),and other values in the SQ group were significantly lower than those in the IN group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the CRP content of the IN group and the SQ group was slightly different(P>0.05)After treatment,the CRP content in the SQ group and the IN group was(5.12±0.27)and(7.33±0.46)mg·L^-1,which were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The content of CRP in SQ group was significantly lower than that in the IN group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference of blood lipid and GLP-1 levels of patients in the IN group and the SQ group was small(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood lipids and GLP-1 of the patients in the IN group and the SQ group were significantly changed(P<0.05).Compared with the IN group,the triglycerides(TG),serum high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC)values in the SQ group were significantly lower than those in the IN group,and the GLP-1 levels were significantly higher than those in the IN group(P<0.05).Conclusion T2DM patients treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Granules have better effect,and can significantly ameliorate the expression of GLP-1,CRP and blood glucose in patients serum.
