七味三芎汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗类风湿关节炎合并动脉粥样硬化的 观察

Observation of Qiwei Sanxiong Decoction combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and atherosclerosis

目的探究七味三芎汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗类风湿关节炎合并动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效及安全性。方法研究共纳入84例类风湿关节炎合并动脉粥样硬化患者,采取随机数字表法均分为2组,对照组患者(42例)采取阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组患者(42例)采取七味三芎汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后血清类风湿性因子、血沉水平变化、晨僵时间变化、关节肿数量变化、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块(Crouse)积分变化、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平变化以及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(97.62%)高于对照组(83.33%),P<0.05;治疗前,2组患者血清类风湿性因子、血沉水平、晨僵时间、关节肿数量、Crouse积分、CRP、IL-6和TNF-α等指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者以上指标均改善,且观察组患者治疗后以上指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无不良反应,对照组出现1例胃肠道反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七味三芎汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗类风湿关节炎合并动脉粥样硬化临床疗效显著,患者恢复好,不良反应发生率低,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiwei Sanxiong Decoction combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 84 patients with rheumatoid arthritis combined with atherosclerosis were included in the study.The above patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The control group(42 patients)were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,and the observation group(42 patients)were treated with Qiwei Sanxiong Decoction combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets.The 2 groups were compared in terms of treatment effect,changes in serum rheumatoid factors,blood sedimentation levels,changes in morning stiffness time,changes in the number of joint swelling,changes in the Crouse score of carotid atherosclerotic plaques,changes in C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),changes in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and adverse reactions.Results The effective rate(97.62%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant diffe-rence in serum rheumatoid factors,blood sedimentation rate,morning stiffness time,number of joint swelling,Crouse score,CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand other indicators between the 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators of the 2 groups were improved,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reaction was observed in the observation group,and 1 case of gastrointestinal reaction was observed in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Qiwei Sanxiong Decoction combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with atherosclerosis has a significant clinical effect,good recovery,low adverse reaction rate,safety and reliability.
