基于数据挖掘探索针刺治疗卒中后便秘的取穴规律

Discussion on point selection rules of acupuncture treating post-stroke constipation based on data mining

目的运用数据挖掘技术,探索针刺治疗卒中后便秘的临床取穴规律。方法利用计算机检索电子数据库关于针刺治疗卒中后便秘的相关临床文献,运用Excel表格建立数据库,并对提取穴位处方信息进行描述统计分析,运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件使用Apriori算法进行腧穴关联分析,运用IBM SPSS 22.0软件对高频腧穴进行系统聚类分析。结果纳入文献80篇,涉及腧穴86个,使用频次最多的腧穴为天枢穴,其次为中脘、足三里、气海、上巨虚、关元、支沟、大肠俞等,最常用的经脉为足阳明胃经与任脉,挖掘出30组具有较高相关性的腧穴,并将高频腧穴系统聚类为6类。结论针刺治疗卒中后便秘取穴具有一定规律,多为局部取穴、循经取穴,腧穴配伍包括合募配穴、俞募配穴、远近配穴等,为临床针刺治疗卒中后便秘的取穴、配穴提供依据。

Objective To explore point selection rules of acupuncture treating post-stroke constipation based on data mining techniques.Methods Using computer to retrieval electronic databases of clinical literature on acupuncture treating post-stroke constipation.The Excel table was used to establish a database,and prescription information extracted points was described and statistically analyzed.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software is applied to analyze point correlation with Apriori algorithm.IBM SPSS 22.0 software was used for system clustering analysis of high-frequency points.Results A total of 80 documents were included,involving 86 points.The highest frequency points are Tianshu(ST25),followed by Zhongwan(RN12),Zusanli(ST36),Qihai(RN6),Shangjuxu(ST37),Guanyuan(RN4),Zhigou(SJ6),Dachangshu(BL25)and others.The highest frequency meridians are the stomach meridian of Zuyangming stomach channel and Ren channel.30 groups of highly correlated points were excavated and the high-frequency point system was clustered into 6 categories.Conclusion The points selection of acupuncture treating post-stroke constipation has certain rule,most of them are local point selection and points selection of corresponding channel.The compatibility of points includes he-sea point and front-mu point,back-shu point and front-mu point,distal-proximal points combination and others.It provides the basis for point selection and points combination in the treatment of post-stroke constipation.
