2018年平昌冬奥会举办愿景与举办效应研究及启示

Research and Inspiration on the Hosting Vision and Hosting Effect of Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympic Games

采用文献研究法和实地调查法对2018年平昌冬奥会举办愿景、举办效应进行分析,并提炼举办效应特征,以期为我国2022年北京冬奥会的顺利举办作理论参考。2018年平昌冬奥会举办效应特征是:1)建设“代替森林”,对平昌新建冬奥会场馆进行“绿色建筑”认证;2)促进朝韩和解与世界和平;3)从精神层面到物质层面传播韩国传统文化;4)将社会效益与经济效益相结合。得到启示:1)以“绿色”与“可持续发展”理念促进2022年北京冬奥会效益;2)坚持和平与发展理念,将中国塑造为“世界和平的建设者”;3)以多种形式促进中华优秀传统文化与奥林匹克文化融合;4)发展体育产业及其相关产业,助力“体育强国”建设。

Through literature review and field investigation, this paper analyzes the hosting vision and hosting effect of Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympic Games, and abstracts the features of the hosting effect, so as to provide theoretical reference for the smooth hosting of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games in China. According to the research, the effect of Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympic Games is characterized by: 1) building"replaced forests"and certify new Winter Olympic venues as"green buildings";2) promoting reconciliation between the DPRK and the ROK and world peace;3) propagating korean traditional culture from spiritual level to material level;and 4) combining social benefits with economic benefits. Conclusions: 1) To promote the benefits of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games with the concept of green and sustainable development;2)To adhere to the concept of peace and development, shaping China into a builder of world peace;3) to promote the integration of the fine traditional Chinese culture with the Olympic culture in various forms;and 4) to develop the sports industry and related industries and fulfill the task of "sports power" construction.
