摘要
全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协定(Comprehensive Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership,CPTPP),是当前亚太区域首个自由贸易协议,该协议有高标准和高质量的特征,是全球贸易区域化和集团化发展的重要表现。CPTPP作为一种重构的贸易规则,生效后会对我国产生极大影响。基于此,主要研究CPTPP生效后对我国对外贸易带来的一系列挑战,并分析为应对多种挑战我国应采取的措施。
the comprehensive progressive trans Pacific Partnership(CPTPP)is the first free trade agreement in the Asia Pacific region,which has the characteristics of high standards and high quality,and is an important manifestation of the development of Global trade regionalization and collectivization.As a reconstructed trade rule,cptpp will have a great impact on China after it comes into effect.Based on this,this paper mainly studies a series of challenges to China’s foreign trade after the entry into force of cptpp,and analyzes the measures that China should take to deal with various challenges.
