At present,with the rapid development of economy,the development of Internet technology has entered a new stage.In order to meet the more and more diversified needs of business management information,promoting the construction of financial sharing service center has become the general trend.As a centralized financial management mode,financial shared service center has many incomparable advantages over traditional financial management mode.But there are many difficulties in its development.Through the research on the establishment and development of modern enterprise financial sharing service center,this paper explores the difficulties and solutions in its construction,aiming to provide some reference for enterprises to make better use of financial sharing service center.
