摘要
为了解决棉织物传统碱煮退浆工艺存在的高耗能、高污染问题,运用大气压低温等离子体处理含浆纯棉织物。通过单因素试验确定最佳处理工艺并探讨退浆机理,分析其服用性能。采用SEM、FT-IR、XRD研究了棉织物的化学组成及结构变化。最佳工艺条件为等离子体处理功率400 W,处理时间15 min,放电电极与坯布间距1 mm,碱煮质量浓度8 g/L。
To solve the problem of high energy consumption and high pollution in traditional alkali desizing process of cotton fabric,atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma was used to treat pure cotton fabric containing sizing.The optimum process was determined by single factor experiment,while the desizing mechanism was discussed and the wearability was analyzed.The chemical composition and structural changes of cotton fabrics were determined by SEM,FT-IR and XRD.The optimum conditions were as follows:plasma power of 400 W,treatment time of 15 min,the distance between discharge electrode and grey cloth of 1 mm,alkali boiling concentration of 8 g/L.
