基于PLC的小青柑自动掏肉机设计

Design of the Automatic Pulp Cutting Machine for Xiaoqinggan Based on PLC

为了解决小青柑去除果肉的问题,设计了基于PLC的小青柑自动掏肉机。其加工流程主要包括小青柑的切口、取块、挖肉和自动卸料等工序。该设备提升了生产效率和加工质量,实现了食品生产自动化。该设备的切块功能采用圆柱形特殊刀具,利用气缸和圆柱凸轮实现旋转加推进切肉、卸肉功能。挖肉工序采用电动机与气缸交互工作来配合高压气冲刷,从而实现去除小青柑内壁附着的果肉,最后利用喷气头自动卸料。各机构均由PLC控制电动机或气动元件,以实现小青柑的开口、掏肉、卸料自动化。

In order to solve the problem of removing the pulp of xiaoqinggan,a PLC based automatic meat digger is designed.The processing flow mainly includes the process of cutting,picking,digging and automatic unloading.The equipment improves production efficiency and processing quality,and realizes food production automation.The cutting block function of the equipment adopts special cylindrical cutter,and uses cylinder and cylindrical cam to realize the function of rotating and pushing meat cutting and unloading.In the meat digging process,the motor and cylinder are used to work together with high-pressure air brush,so as to remove the pulp attached to the inner wall of the small green orange.Finally,the air jet head is used for automatic unloading.Each mechanism is controlled by PLC motor or pneumatic components to realize automatic opening,meat cutting and unloading of xiaoqinggan.
