铝合金轮毂低压铸造仿真成型及质量预测

摘要 为了解铸造过程中高温铝合金的冷却过程,采用有限元仿真软件对轮毂的充型成型过程进行可视化表征,得到轮毂冷却时的氧化夹杂、缩松、裂纹等任何缺陷存在的位置。充型时材料的流动取向和应力场分布可为选择材料参数提供依据,气穴等缺陷分布可为模具排气结构的改进提供依据,温度场分布等可为充型成型参数的选择提供帮助。 In order to understand the cooling process of high temperature aluminum alloy in casting process,the filling and molding process of hub is visually characterized using finite element simulation software.So this paper obtains the location of any defects such as oxidation inclusions,shrinkage porosity and cracks when the hub is cooled,and the analysis results can provide the basis for the improvement of mold structure and the selection of molding parameters.The flow orientation and the distribution of stress field during mold filling can provide a basis for selecting material parameters,the distribution of cavitation and other defects can provide a basis for improving the structure of die exhaust,and the characteristics of temperature field are helpful for the selection of filling parameters.
