This paper carries out the fault statistics of cold and hot mixing valve in CR400AF(-A)EMU,then analyzes its structure and working principle to find out the common fault causes and solutions,and puts forward relevant suggestions on how to reduce the failure rate of cold and hot mixing valve,so as to provide guidance for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of EMU,and further improve the repair quality and passengers of EMU ride comfort.
