摘要 首先对CR400AF(-A)型动车组冷热混合阀故障进行统计,然后对其结构和工作原理进行分析,找出其常见故障原因和解决方法,并对如何降低冷热混合阀故障率提出相关建议,为动车组日常检修维护和故障处理提供指导,进一步提高动车组整修质量和旅客乘坐舒适度。 This paper carries out the fault statistics of cold and hot mixing valve in CR400AF(-A)EMU,then analyzes its structure and working principle to find out the common fault causes and solutions,and puts forward relevant suggestions on how to reduce the failure rate of cold and hot mixing valve,so as to provide guidance for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of EMU,and further improve the repair quality and passengers of EMU ride comfort.
