摘要
基于ABB公司的WinCS组态软件对PM683控制器进行编程,结合Modbus通信方式,实现对ACS510变频器的远程启动、停止、速度调节控制,以及监测变频器的运行数据。控制器的编程语言采用了FBD功能块。经过试验表明,该方法可实现对变频器的远程操作与监视。
Based on ABB's WinCS configuration software,PM683 controller is programmed.Combined with Modbus communication mode,it realizes the remote start,stop,speed adjustment control of the ACS510 inverter,and monitors the operation data of the inverter.The programming language of the controller adopts the FBD function block.Experiments show that this method can realize remote operation and monitoring of the inverter.
