摘要
阐述了脉冲激光多迭加频率除锈研究,构建了Gaussian分布脉冲激光作用下激光除锈的基体材料温升过程的热传导一维线性方程。通过脉冲激光除锈基于烧蚀气化机理的过程分析发现,在采用脉冲激光进行材料除锈时,前一部分激光首先达到高温烧蚀气化阈值,作用于材料本体表面使其升温,后续激光用于材料除锈。
This paper describes the study of rust removal by pulsed laser with multiple superimposed frequency,and constructs a one-dimensional linear equation of heat conduction for the temperature rise of the matrix material under the action of Gaussian distributed pulsed laser.Through the analysis of the process of pulsed laser rust removal based on the ablation and gasification mechanism,it is found that when the pulsed laser is used for material rust removal,the first part of the laser first reaches the high temperature ablation and gasification threshold and acts on the surface of the material body to heat it up,then followed Laser is used to remove rust from materials.
