采用超声波测量方法,测试不同紧固工艺下风力发电机组螺栓的预紧力状态,测试预紧和加载状态下螺栓的受力情况,测定不同安装方法对螺栓预紧力的影响,从而验证螺栓连接分析方法的可靠性,为制定精确的螺栓施工工艺提供依据。

The ultrasonic measurement method is used to test the pre-tightening force state of the wind turbine bolts under different tightening processes.The force of the bolt under the tested pre-tightening and loading state is measured,and the influence of different installation methods on the bolt pre-tightening force is measured,so as to verify the reliability of the bolt connection analysis method and provide a basis for formulating accurate bolt construction technology.
