摘要
针对目前油气田所面临的高温高压的井筒条件,对用于井下工具水嘴开关的往复式动密封结构进行研究,调研了不同密封形式的特点,总结了不同密封结构用于350℃动密封的可行性。利用ABAQUS软件,建立弹性金属密封有限元模型,计算常温和350℃条件下弹性金属密封的接触压力和接触密封宽度,并利用弹性金属密封对现有的边测边调注水工作筒进行改进。研究结果表明,弹性金属密封在350℃、20 MPa条件下可以实现有效密封,弹性金属密封适用于350℃往复式动密封井下工具。
According to the current high temperature and high pressure wellbore conditions in oil and gas fields,the reciprocating dynamic sealing structure used for downhole tool water nozzle switches is studied,the characteristics of different sealing forms are investigated,and the feasibility of different sealing structures for 350℃dynamic sealing is summarized.ABAQUS software is used to establish a finite element model of the elastic metal seal,calculate the contact pressure and contact seal width of the elastic metal seal at room temperature and 350℃.The elastic metal seal is used to improve the existing water injection working cylinder while measuring and adjusting.The research results show that the elastic metal seal can achieve effective sealing at 350℃and 20 MPa,and the elastic metal seal is suitable for 350℃reciprocating dynamic sealing downhole tools.
