锂电池极耳与保持架干涉问题的研究

摘要 在目前现有的锂离子电池生产工艺中,出现电池极耳与保持架发生干涉的问题,行业内普遍采取的处理方式是将此类电池作报废处理。文中开发了一种新型的电池极耳裁切返工工艺,可将此类原本应做报废处理的电池返工为合格品。 In the current production process of lithium-ion battery,there exist the interference between the electrode lug and the cage,the commonly adopted treatment method in the industry is to scrap the battery.In view of this problem,this paper develops a new type of battery lug cutting and rework process,which can rework such batteries that should have been scrapped into qualified products.
