液相色谱-质谱联用技术在中药质量研究中的应用

Application of liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry in quality research of traditional Chinese medicine

目的综述液相色谱-质谱(包括四极杆质谱、离子阱质谱、飞行时间质谱和组合质谱)联用技术在中药质量控制中的应用进展。方法参考国内外研究文献35篇,对其进行归纳、分析和总结。结果液质联用技术将色谱对复杂样品的高分离能力与不同类型质谱的高选择性、高灵敏度以及能够提供分子量与结构信息的优点结合起来,广泛应用于中药结构鉴定、定量分析、指纹图谱研究、毒性成分与非法添加物检测。结论液质联用技术是中药质量研究领域的重要分析手段,具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective To review the application progress of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC/MS,including quadruple mass,ion traps mass,time-of-flight mass and hybrid mass)in the quality research of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 35 domestic and foreign research literatures were analyzed and summarized.Results LC/MS combined the high separation capacity of chromatograms for complex samples with the high selectivity and sensitivity of mass spectrometry which can provide molecular weight and structural information of different types.LC/MS has been widely used in structural identification,quantitative analysis,fingerprint research and detection of toxic ingredients and illegal additives of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusions LC/MS is an important analytical method in the field of quality research of traditional Chinese medicine,which is supposed to have broad application prospects.
