超声评估子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度的研究进展

Progress of ultrasound in evaluating the myometrial invasion depth of endometrial cancer

肌层浸润深度是子宫内膜癌手术方案选择及病理分期的主要依据,是影响子宫内膜癌手术预后的最重要的独立因素。目前临床多应用超声检查、计算机断层扫描和磁共振成像等作为子宫内膜癌术前分期的工具。其中,又以超声检查应用最为广泛。本文就常规经阴道二维超声、三维超声、超声造影、超声弹性成像等各种超声检查在评估子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度方面的应用作一综述。

The depth of myometrial invasion is the main basis for surgery and pathological staging of endometrial cancer,which is the most important independent factor that affects the prognosis of endometrial cancer surgery.Ultrasonography,computed tomography(CT),and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)are used as tools for preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma.Among them,ultrasonic examination is the most widely used.This article reviews the application of conventional transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound,three-dimensional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in evaluating the depth of myometrial invasion of endometrial cancer.
