摘要
以近海废弃物收集系统压缩装置为研究对象,对其进行运动学分析,推导出推板和液压缸相关运动参数关系,并通过Matlab软件进行数值计算。数值计算结果表明:推板的运动参数随液压缸运动参数的变化而变化,基本保持线性相关。基于ADAMS软件对压缩装置做动力学仿真,得到仿真后的推板参数与液压缸参数随时间变化的曲线。仿真结果表明:装置在启停、保压启停阶段的稳定性较低,但总体对液压缸影响较小;推板在整个工作过程中沿横向做直线运动,在纵向波动较小,相对平稳,但在横向运动过程中会对压缩装置产生一定的冲击力。仿真分析结果与数值计算结果基本一致,推头移动速度的相对误差为5.9%。推头位移的相对误差为2.2%。
Taking the compression unit of offshore waste collecting systems as the research object,the kinematics analysis was carried out,relationship between motion parameters related to push plates and hydraulic cylinders was deduced,and the numerical calculation was done by virtue of Matlab software.Numerical calculation results showed that motion parameters of push plates change along with motion parameters of hydraulic cylinders,and there was a linear correlation between them.Relying on ADAMS software,the dynamic simulation of compression units was carried out,and curves of parameters of push plates and parameters of hydraulic cylinders changing with time after simulation were obtained.Simulation results showed that the stability of units was poor in the normal and pressure maintaining start and stop stages,but the overall impact on hydraulic cylinders was small;during the whole working process,push plates move linearly along the transverse direction,and the longitudinal fluctuation was relatively stable,but when push plates move transversely,they may have a certain impact on compression units.
