摘要 带式输送机巡检机器人可对带式输送机进行往复不间断巡检,采集声音、图像、温湿度、气体等信息,代替人工实现对带式输送机的自动检查、预警及故障诊断,提高对带式输送机的检修效率并解放了人力。文中阐述带式输送机巡检机器人的研究现状,探讨移动平台、定位与导航、自主充电、监测等关键技术,并展望带式输送机巡检机器人的发展趋势,为带式输送机巡检机器人的进一步研究提供参考。 Patrol robots of belt conveyors can carry out uninterrupted inspections on belt conveyors;collect information such as sound,image,temperature and humidity,gas,etc.It can replace personnel for automatic inspection,early warning and fault diagnosis of belt conveyors,improving the maintenance efficiency of belt conveyors and liberating manpower.In this paper,the research status of patrol robots for belt conveyors is described,and key technologies such as mobile platform,positioning and navigation,autonomous charging and monitoring are discussed,and the development trend of patrol robots for belt conveyors is prospected,which can serve as a reference for further research.
