摘要
利用扫描电镜 (SEM)、透射电镜 (TEM)及X射线衍射等方法研究了一种新型工具钢冷焊焊缝的微观组织 ,认为加入强碳化物元素可获得在低碳马氏体基体上弥散分布碳化物颗粒的冷焊焊缝 ,该焊缝硬度高、韧性好 。
A novel cold welding seam for tool steel was investigated comprehensively by using Scan Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and X ray diffraction. It is considered that the microstructure with uniform, fine scale dispersion of carbide particles in low carbon martensite matrix was achieved in weld metal by alloying with strong carbide forming element. The weld metal with both high hardness and good toughness could meet the requirement of wear resisting property and crack resistance at the meantime for cold welding on tool steel.
