摘要
本文对大尺寸复合材料薄壁加筋结构进行轴压稳定性试验,利用电阻应变计、数字散斑相关及有限元方法对结构的稳定性进行了测试与分析。分析结果分别从失稳载荷、载荷—应变结果、载荷—位移结果和测试计算结果对比四个方面进行了分析。获得了两种半径参数下的复合材料薄壁加筋曲板的初始屈曲载荷、载荷—应变分叉曲线、结构屈曲后的失稳波分布特征、测试-变形结果与计算分析结果对比等,为研究大尺寸复合材料薄壁加筋结构稳定性问题提供新的思路与方法。
The testing and analysis on the stability of large-scale composite structure stiffened with thin wall ribs under axial compression had been taken in this paper.There were several methods such as strain gauges,digital speckle correlation method and finite element method had been used in the stability testing.In the paper,we showed buckling loads results,load-strain results,load-displacement results,and the contrast of testing and calculation.We acquired buckling loads,bifurcation curve of load-strain,characteristics of buckling wave distribution,the contrast of testing and calculation.In this paper,we afford a new method of studying on the stability of large-scale composite structure stiffened with thin wall ribs under axial compression.
