摘要 世界范围的课程与教学变革自20世纪90年代开始发生,其动因源于信息革命带来的互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能、知识爆炸等一系列挑战。这意味着持续近四百年的现代教育课程和教学体系将被超越,未来课程与教学时代已经到来。未来课程超越现代课程的本质是超越知识本位的哲学基础,建立基于人的发展、素养发展为本的课程哲学体系。进入21世纪,我国基础教育课程启动了面向未来的课程与教学政策重构,在课程目标、课程设置、课程文化、课程实施、课程评价方面形成了实践创新案例。中国基础教育课程与教学变革正在以实战的状态迎接未来教育的到来。 The reform of curriculum and teaching in the world,which is motivated by a series of challenges brought by the information revolution and knowledge explosion,has taken place since the 1990s.It means that the modern education curriculum and teaching system which have existed for nearly 400 years will be transcended,and the era of future curriculum and teaching is coming.The essence of the transcendence of future curriculum over modern curriculum is to transcend the knowledge-based philosophical basis,and to establish a curriculum philosophy system based on human development and the development of core competency.In the 21st century,the basic education curriculum of China has started the reconstruction of the future-oriented curriculum and teaching policy,and formed practical innovation cases in curriculum objectives,curriculum setting,curriculum culture,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,etc.The curriculum and teaching reform of the basic education in China is ready to meet the coming of future education.
