摘要
高精度伞状天线温度场影响天线在轨运行型面精度,而天线肋组件作为天线型面保持最重要的部件,其热控设计合理性对保证天线在轨正常工作尤为关键。通过对天线肋组件采取保温、加热设计,在热控实施过程中控制影响漏热的主要因素,使得天线肋温度满足在轨使用要求,通过整机热平衡试验验证了天线肋热设计的合理性。
The temperature field of reflector affects the high accuracy umbrella-like antenna in space.As the main part of antenna surface,the thermal control design of antenna rib assembly is very important.Through the thermal insulation and heating for antenna rib,the main factors affecting heat leakage are controlled in the process of thermal implementation,so that the temperature of antenna rib can meet the requirements of on orbit use.The rationality of thermal design of antenna rib is verified by thermal balance test of the whole antenna.
