摘要 反射面的几何与预张力设计对空间可展开天线功能的实现起着重要作用。以空间伞型索网天线中广泛应用的工字型索网为对象,研究了其几何与预张力设计问题,提出了一种适用于工字型索网的几何与力集成设计方法。首先,根据节点平衡条件推导了工字型索网背网面节点坐标与前网面张力及背网面张力水平之间的对应关系;然后,给出了根据前网面节点坐标及背网张力水平迭代求解背网面节点坐标及张力的工字型索网几何与力集成设计方法;最后,对所提方法进行了算例验证。有限元仿真结果证明了所提网面设计方法的正确性。所提方法可有效控制背网面张力值水平,且适用于非对称反射面,具有一定的工程应用价值。 The geometric and pretension design of reflector plays an important role in the realization of the function of space deployable antenna.Taking the I-shaped cable net which is widely used in the space umbrella antenna as the object,the geometry and pretension design of the cable net are studied,and a geometry-pretension integrated design method of I-shaped cable net is proposed.Firstly,the corresponding relationship between the node coordinates of the back net and the front net pretension and the back net pretension level is deduced according to the node balance condition.Secondly,the geometry-pretension integrated design method of I-shaped cable net is given to solve the pretension and the node coordinates of the back net according to the node coordinates of the front net and the back net tension level iteratively.The finite element simulation results show that the proposed mesh design method is correct.The proposed method can effectively control the tension level of the back net,and can be applied to the asymmetric reflection surface,which has a certain engineering application value.
