摘要
革兰阴性菌比革兰阳性菌更具耐药性,在世界范围内引起了严重的发病率和病死率。纳米技术为生物医学应用提供了多种材料,尤其在抗菌领域。金纳米粒(AuNPs)具有无毒、功能化能力强、多价效应、易检测、光热活性高等优点,在抗菌药物的研发中具有重要的应用价值。本文综述了金纳米粒的制备方法、作用机制及对革兰阴性菌的作用效果,为进一步的研究提供理论依据。
Gram-negative bacteria are more resistant than gram-positive bacteria,causing severe morbidity and mortality worldwide.Nanotechnology provides a variety of materials for biomedical applications,especially in the field of antibacterial.Gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)have the advantages of nontoxicity,strong functional ability,multivalent effect,easy detection,and high photothermal activity.They have important application value in the development of antibacterial drugs.This article reviews the preparation methods,mechanism of action and effects on gram-negative bacteria of gold nanoparticles to provide a theoretical basis for further research.
