肾性贫血患者血液红细胞及网织红细胞参数的临床检验价值

Clinical Value of Blood Red Blood Cell and Reticulocyte Parameters in Patients with Renal Anemia

目的分析肾性贫血患者血液红细胞及网织红细胞参数的临床检验价值。方法选取我院于2018年1月至2018年8月收治的30例贫血合并慢性肾功能不全患者作为观察组,同时选取因30例急性失血引发的非肾性贫血患者作为对照组,评价两组患者血液红细胞以及网织红细胞参数情况。结果观察组患者的LFR指数高于对照组,而RET%、HFR、RET、IFR水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的RBC水平低于对照组,MCV、MCH水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾性贫血患者血液红细胞与网织红细胞参数具有一定特征,可作为诊断疾病的重要标准。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of erythrocyte and reticulocyte parameters in patients with renal anemia.Methods A total of 30 patients with anemia complicated with chronic renal insufficiency admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 30 patients with non-renal anemia caused by acute blood loss were selected as the control group.The parameters of blood red blood cells and reticulocytes in the two groups were evaluated.Results LFR index in observation group was higher than control group,while RET%,HFR,RET and IFR levels were lower than control group(P<0.05).The RBC level in observation group was lower than that in control group,while the MCV and MCH levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The parameters of erythrocyte and reticulocyte in the blood of patients with renal anemia were characteristic and can be used as an important diagnostic standard.
